• Design and implement engaging and effective lesson plans aligned with the schools ELA curriculum and standards.
• Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom.

• Deliver dynamic and interactive instruction to high school students.
• Foster critical thinking problem-solving skills and literacy among students.
• Provide clear explanations of concepts and facilitate hands-on learning experiences when applicable.

• Assess student learning through various methods including quizzes tests and class participation.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and development.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents as needed.

• Establish a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Enforce school policies and procedures while promoting a culture of respect and cooperation among students.

• Bachelors degree.
• Previous teaching experience at the high school level is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
