YOUR NEW ROLE
Join the Sydney Opera House as an Organisational Development & Learning Specialist where your core purpose is to ensure our learning programs and systems run smoothly while helping build the capability of our people.
Reporting to the Organisational Development and Learning manager you will be responsible for coordinating and managing a variety of different learning programs maintaining accurate systems and records and providing practical support that enables high-quality learning experiences across the organisation.
Alongside this you will contribute to the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives working with stakeholders to identify needs support capability uplift and improve how we develop our people.
It is a role that combines strong operational delivery with the opportunity to influence learning design and culture initiatives ideal for someone who enjoys making things happen while also shaping how things can be better

ARE YOU THE ONE
Key responsibilities/skills:
- Proven experience in organisational development learning or HR (5 years) supported by relevant tertiary qualifications or progress toward them
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry record-keeping and tracking capabilities to ensure compliance and data integrity
- Confident communicator with well-developed written and verbal skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships through strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Proactive and solutions-focused mindset with sound problem-solving ability and facilitation skills
- Strong alignment with Sydney Opera House values with a clear understanding of the organisations role in the performing arts and broader cultural landscape.
