The Team

We are seeking a strategic and creative Employee Communications Lead to design and execute internal communication programs that engage inform and inspire employees across our company. This role is critical for fostering alignment with company goals driving cultural initiatives and ensuring employees are empowered with the right information at the right time.

The Role

This is a highimpact handson role for someone eager and able to work with key stakeholders across the company to translate communication strategy into clear plans compelling messaging and reliable execution in support of our corporate direction and ongoing business transformation.

Strategy & Planning

• Partner closely with the Head of Internal Communications and senior stakeholders to contribute to the development and evolution of internal communications strategy.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable communication plans timelines and deliverables.
• Provide input and perspective on employee needs channel effectiveness and execution feasibility to inform strategic decisionmaking.
• Collaborate with leadership executive communications functional communications and HR teams to support organizational change culturebuilding and employee engagement initiatives.

Content Development

• Create compelling clear and consistent messaging for internal channels (email intranet newsletters videos etc.).
• Translate complex business updates into employeefriendly narratives that drive understanding and action.

Channel Management

• Manage and optimize communication channels for reach and engagement leveraging digital platforms and AIenabled tools.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve communication effectiveness.

Employee Engagement

• Drive initiatives that strengthen connection recognition and inclusion across the organization.
• Partner with crossfunctional teams to amplify employee voices and strengthen feedback loops.

Operational Excellence & Execution

• Act as the execution backbone for internal communications ensuring plans translate into consistent highquality delivery.
• Own and evolve internal communications tools processes and governance to reduce fragmentation and improve scale.
• Establish clear intake prioritization and execution rhythms that bring structure clarity and discipline to how communications get done across the company.

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Journalism or a related discipline.
• 7 years of experience in internal communications corporate communications or a related field within a B2B environment.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written); additional languages a plus.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities.
• Strong understanding of change management and organizational dynamics.
• Proven experience managing communication tools processes and analytics.
• Strategic contributor with a strong bias toward execution.
• Builds strong trustbased relationships across functions to get work done through influence not authority.
• Acts as a practical problemsolver and project task mastercomfortable nudging following up and pushing work forward when needed.
• Takes satisfaction in bringing order to complexity and building durable systems that support effective communication.
• Comfortable balancing creativity with operational rigor.
• Thrives in fastpaced matrixed and evolving environments.
