We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Southern Europe Field Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team on a 4month fixed-term contract from early September through the end of December 2026. The role can be based in Paris (hybrid) or fully this position you will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives across the Southern European region with a primary focus on France and additional coverage of Spain Italy and Portugal.
In this pivotal role you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing strategies that drive pipeline generation and revenue growth across key regions. Your focus will be on strengthening our presence through strategic partner marketing initiatives and impactful local events ensuring our global campaigns resonate deeply within specific markets. You will act as a critical link between global marketing strategy and regional sales execution empowering our sales teams and partners with the tools and programs they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Marketing & execution:
- Develop and implement joint marketing plans with Baswares key strategic partners (e.g. resellers global system integrators technology partners)
- Create co-marketing campaigns collateral and enablement materials that support partner sales efforts and generate joint pipeline
- Manage ROI of partner-led initiatives.
- Local event planning & management:
- Plan and execute high-impact local events (e.g. roadshows executive roundtables industry conferences Basware-hosted seminars virtual summits/webinars) from concept to post-event follow-up
- Work closely with regional sales teams to ensure event content messaging and target audience align with local market needs and sales objectives
- Manage event logistics vendor relationships budget and promotional activities to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Campaign management ABM:
- Collaborate with central marketing teams to adapt global campaigns messaging and content for regional relevance ensuring cultural fit and market-specific nuances are addressed
- Ensure all regional marketing activities are consistent with Baswares global brand guidelines and strategic objectives
- Work closely with sales for ABM plans execution
- Lead generation & pipeline contribution:
- Drive MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) and contribute directly to pipeline generation through partner programs and local events
- Implement robust lead nurturing processes in collaboration with sales and marketing operations
- Monitor analyze and report on campaign performance providing actionable insights to optimize future activities.
