Experience:
Minimum of 5 - 7 years full generalist HR related experience (Full life cycle of Human Resources) in a similar environment at a junior/mid managerial level and be able to demonstrate superior Human Capital specialist expertise and junior managerial ability.
A proven track record and experience in managing labour relations in similar environment.
Working experience in SAGE 300 People management system essential.
