LiFE Multi Academy Trust is seeking passionate values-driven individuals to join our Trust Board. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making and make a meaningful difference to the lives of children young people and communities across our Trust.

Who Were Looking For

To strengthen the collective skills of the Board we are particularly interested in candidates with experience or expertise in:

School Improvement safeguarding secondary education

Finance finance accountancy

Audit & Risk audit procurement risk management law

Infrastructure estates management procurement health & safety

Pay & People HR employment law

Trustees are also company directors and are expected to contribute to at least one specialist committee aligned to their skills.

Our Commitment to Representation

What Youll Need

Willingness to support challenge and collaborate

Previous board or committee experience is welcomed but not essential full training and support are provided

Time Commitment

4 Trust Board meetings per year (hybrid / virtual / in-person)

Each committee meets 3 times per year (virtual)
