Job Summary

Position is contingent on award.
SkyBridge Tactical is seeking an Administrative Travel Specialist to support Naval Special Warfare Group EIGHT (NSWG-8) in Pearl City HI. This position provides administrative travel support to NSWG-8 Headquarters Echelon III staff and subordinate Echelon IV commands. The Administrative Travel Specialist will support daily Defense Travel System (DTS) operations review and correct travel documentation process Temporary Assigned Duty (TAD) travel requests and no-cost orders and ensure travel vouchers are accurate complete and compliant with Joint Travel Regulations (JTR).
- Review and correct travel documentation and maintain data in the Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Perform administrative services and assist with daily deployment reporting input and verification status updates in DTS.
- Manage all Temporary Assigned Duty (TAD) travel requests and no-cost orders for command personnel.
- Process data from DTS reports.
- Assist with military and civilian travel payments voucher preparation and administrative maintenance of DTS.
- Analyze and audit travel reimbursement vouchers for completeness and accuracy.
- Screen and verify all receipts for vouchers in DTS.
- Serve as a liaison with the Consolidated Travel Office (CTO) to arrange travel for CONUS and OCONUS operations.
- Assist military and DoD civilian personnel with DTS travel voucher submissions ensure vouchers comply with Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and contact travelers regarding missing receipts or erroneous documentation required for payment processing.
- Provide technical travel and DTS guidance to military personnel for deployments and special exercises and train travel personnel in a high-turnover environment.
- Serve as a Non-DTS Entry Agent (NDEA).
- Serve as an alternate Agency Program Coordinator (APC) supporting all functions associated with the Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC).
- Track follow up on and file documentation supporting letters of appointment (DD577).
- Review and route cross-organization requests for approval.
- Monitor travel and GTCC balances for NSWG-8 senior leadership.
- Assist Agency Program Coordinators (APCs) with Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) functions.
- Minimum of four years of DoD travel processing experience within the past ten years.
- Minimum of four years of experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word and PowerPoint within the past ten years.
- Valid state drivers license required.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
