• Primary Care division backed by a team of 80 dedicated providers.

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited school of medicine
• Current Arizona license or eligibility to acquire AZ license
• Board Certification or eligibility for board certification
• One year of post-full-licensure experience in the practice of endocrinology preferred but not required
