Salary Range: $120000- $150000
Position Summary
The Director of On-Demand Business Development is responsible for driving growth of the companys on-demand services by identifying new business opportunities developing strategic partnerships and expanding relationships with existing clients. This role focuses on revenue generation market expansion and aligning client needs with on-demand staffing and service solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify pursue and close new business opportunities for on-demand services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and internal stakeholders
- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow revenue and market presence
- Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to align service delivery with client expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients throughout the sales cycle
- Support contract negotiations pricing discussions and service agreements
- Track and report on pipeline activity revenue performance and growth metrics
- Represent the company at industry events meetings and networking opportunities
- Provide input on service offerings market trends and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development sales or client relationship management
- Strong understanding of on-demand staffing healthcare services or related industries (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to build pipelines and close deals
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working in a growth-oriented evolving role
Preferred Experience
- Leadership or director-level experience
- Experience developing commission-based or incentive-driven sales strategies
- Background working with healthcare systems HTM or technical services (a plus)
Organizational Relationship:
Reports to the Vice President of Operations.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field preferred.
