Job Summary

JOB TITLE: Maintenance Crew Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position reports to Production Manager and Account Managers
Professionally represent Mill Brothers Landscape Group in all activities
Understand and follow the Companys safety and operational policies
Perform and supervise landscape management to include but not limited to:
- Mowing operations
- Bed care
- Pruning
- General grounds care

Train subordinate staff
Participate in snow removal operations
Other activities as assigned by Management to meet the companys goals

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as both part of part of a team and independently
Must be able to accept direction and execute directives as given
Strong communication skills
Exceptional time and organizational skills
Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly and 75lbs occasionally
Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Bilingual a plus but not required

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

No minimum education requirements HS diploma or GED preferred
1 years of landscape maintenance experience
Must have a valid drivers license and be accepted to operate Company vehicles by Mill Brothers Landscape groups insurance carrier as a condition of employment

COMPENSATION:

Hourly Pay: $24.03 Depending on experience
