YOUR ROLEWe are seeking responsible and reliable team players for ouropening and lunch shifts. You must have the flexibility to workearly morning/daytime hoursand the ability to work effectively through thelunch rush. This position is crucial for setting the store up for a successful day.
OPENING RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
Preparing fresh vegetables for daily use.
Baking fresh bread cookies and brownies.
Cooking bacon.
Stocking the cooler chip racks and beverage stations.
Ensuring the restaurant is clean sanitized and ready to open for customers.
CORE REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18 years or older (required to operate the slicer).
Punctuality and reliable attendance are absolutely required.
Flexibility to work daytime shifts weekends and holidays.
Energetic hard-working and ethical with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
DAILY EXPECTATIONS
Greet customers take orders and operate the point-of-sale system with a positive attitude.
Work efficiently with the line team to prepare high-quality subs to customer specifications.
Maintain restaurant cleanliness throughout the day including clearing tables sweeping/mopping and washing dishes/utensils.
Communicate effectively with team members and management.
Act as a team leader by holding yourself and others accountable.
Wear the required uniform and maintain a neat appearance in adherence with the corporate dress code.
