Job Summary
Drafting / Design Engineer High-Impact MissionDriven Projects
Lancaster PABring your engineering expertise to projects that matter. Were looking for a Design Engineer to lead the design and integration of advanced architectural and perimeter security systems for highprofile specificationdriven projects. Emphasis on Doors Windows and Glass Enclosures.
In this role youll turn complex requirements into buildready designs collaborate with crossfunctional teams and ensure compliance with stringent security and performance standards.
What Youll Do
- Create project-specific conceptual and detailed designs for window door and façade systems
- Integrate products into spec-driven submittals and construction documents
- Coordinate with internal teams external engineers and project stakeholders
- Guide and collaborate with manufacturing and supply chain teams
- Ensure compliance
What You Bring
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
- Engineering degree (Structural Mechanical Architectural or Civil) with 3 years of experience or 5 years of equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to read architectural/engineering drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor (Revit/Fusion 360 a plus)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally (510%)
