What will your job look like
The Senior Manager AI Product Management will lead AI-powered product initiatives from discovery through delivery. This role will operate at the intersection of AI capabilities data and user experienceturning complex technology into products that create real value for customers and the business. This role will partner closely with engineering design operations and business leaders to define what we build why we build it and how we measure success.

What youll do:
Own and evolve the AI product strategy and roadmap balancing customer needs operational realities and measurable business outcomes
Lead end-to-end product execution for AI/ML and generative AI featuresfrom discovery and experimentation through launch and post-release iteration
Translate ambiguous problem statements into clear requirements success metrics and delivery plans and drive alignment across stakeholders
Partner with engineering teams to evaluate AI outputs manage tradeoffs and ship iteratively
Define and track KPIs for AI features using experimentation and analytics to drive continuous improvement
Establish and maintain responsible AI practices in collaboration with legal compliance security and engineering (e.g. bias/fairness explainability monitoring regulatory requirements)
Create an operating cadence for AI product work (planning reviews release readiness retrospectives) and communicate progress risks and decisions to senior leaders
Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences including executive leadership
Lead coach and develop a team of junior product managers
What youll need:
Experience Education & Certifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
7 years of product management or equivalent experience leading end-to-end delivery of complex software initiatives
5 years focused on AI ML or data-intensive products
2 years of people leadership or demonstrated experience building coaching and developing product talent
Skills:
Proven track record of shipping AI-powered products (ML and/or generative AI) at scale
Strong product strategy skills including prioritization roadmap development and stakeholder alignment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present to executive audiences
Strong analytical skills and comfortable with data experimentation design and metrics
Ability to partner effectively with engineering and technical teams
Customer-first mindset with strong accountability collaboration and decisiveness
Comfort with ambiguity with the ability to drive clarity in complex problem spaces
Excellent customer orientation and communication skills

Experience with LLM- or generative-AI-powered experiences preferred
Experience working in regulated industries and partnering with legal/compliance teams preferred

Salary Min: $135000
Salary Max: $165000
