.NET & Developer | Full-Stack Web Applications, Cloud Deployment & Agile Practices

Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an React Developer to design develop and deliver high-quality web applications across diverse industries. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements craft scalable and responsive solutions and ensure adherence to best practices. The developer will contribute to innovative digital projects by frameworks and cloud technologies supporting business growth and enhancing user experiences.

Software Requirements

Required Software Proficiency:

• .NET Framework Core (latest stable versions) extensive experience in developing scalable and secure backend services

• proficiency in building interactive responsive user interfaces for web applications

• Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code hands-on experience in coding debugging and and applications

• SQL Server MySQL or equivalent relational databases strong understanding of database design querying and performance tuning

• Version Control: Git experience managing code repositories branches and collaboration workflows

Preferred Software Skills:

• Cloud platforms: Azure AWS or GCP experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments

• Front-end libraries: Redux Bootstrap familiarity with modern state management and styling practices

• DevOps tools: Jenkins Azure DevOps Docker experience in CI/CD pipelines and containerization

Overall Responsibilities

• Develop test and maintain scalable web applications and ensuring high performance and security

• Collaborate with product managers UX designers and backend teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client goals

• Write clean maintainable code and conduct code reviews to establish quality standards

• Design and optimize database schemas queries and stored procedures for application efficiency

• Develop APIs and services for frontend-backend communication and integration with external systems

• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions and improvements

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly ensuring system stability and performance

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams API documentation and deployment procedures

Technical Skills (By Category)

• Programming Languages:

  • Essential: .NET (C#) deep expertise in full-stack web development

  • Preferred: JavaScript TypeScript for enhanced front-end functionality

• Databases/Data Management:

  • Experience with SQL Server MySQL or similar relational databases data modeling and query optimization

• Cloud Technologies:

  • Familiarity with deploying applications on Azure AWS or GCP optional but advantageous

• Frameworks and Libraries:

  • .NET (Core/Framework) Redux Bootstrap modern UI development and backend APIs

• Development Tools & Methodologies:

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years in software development with substantial experience and

• Proven experience in developing scalable secure and maintainable web applications

• Hands-on experience working with databases APIs and cloud deployment environments

• Experience working within Agile teams with code review participation and cross-team collaboration

• Knowledge of modern development practices including automation and continuous deployment

Day-to-Day Activities

• Design and develop web applications and aligning with business requirements

• Conduct code reviews implement best practices and ensure software quality

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting system performance and stability

• Optimize database performance and API integrations for scalability and security

• Write comprehensive technical documentation for new features and system architecture

• Keep updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field

• 6 years of professional experience in full-stack development and

• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer or equivalent are a plus

• Demonstrated success in building scalable enterprise applications and working in agile environments
