The Opportunity
Join a high-performing customer-focused IT support team as a Senior Service Desk Officer where youll play a critical role in delivering responsive high-quality frontline support across the organisation. This is an opportunity to apply your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to complex ICT issues while driving excellent user outcomes and satisfaction. Youll act as a subject matter expert mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery all within a collaborative environment that values autonomy professionalism and technical excellence.
Key Selection Criteria
Strong technical knowledge of desktop hardware and standard and customised software environments
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capability
Effective time management and clear communication skills
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple concurrent issues
Proven commitment to high-quality customer service
In-depth knowledge of Standard Operating Environments (SOE)
Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in at least one ICT discipline
