Job Summary

At Fly2Health youll deliver therapy across regional NSW through a structured FIFO-style model combining travel flexibility and genuine impact without the chaos of traditional clinic roles.
The Role
- FIFO-style travel across regional NSW
- Deliver therapy in rural and regional communities
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team (OT Speech Psych)
- Support participants who genuinely need access to care
The Work Week
- 4 day work week
- 1 WFH day (admin notes planning)
- 1 RDO every week
- Structured travel (no last-minute scheduling)
- Overnight trips required (max 2 nights per week)

Requirements
- Qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- NDIS experience (essential)
- Open to travel and overnight stays
- Full drivers licence
