As a Marketing Intern Fragrances (Home & Fabric Care EAME) you will support the Marketing team in daily operations customer projects and strategic initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in understanding consumer trends supporting customer deliverables and contributing to innovative fragrance concepts.

Where Youll Make a Difference

• Support the Marketing team in daily operations including sample handling labelling and library management
• Partner with Marketing Analysts to track market trends monitor product launches and maintain databases
• Contribute to cross-category market reviews and trend presentations using market intelligence tools (e.g. Mintel Euromonitor)
• Support Marketing Managers in creating customer presentations and identifying growth opportunities (white spaces)
• Assist in the new product development process by contributing ideas for innovative concepts formats and claims
• Create mood boards and storytelling materials to support fragrance submissions and customer engagement
• Leverage digital tools and AI-driven content platforms to enhance marketing outputs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the full marketing and innovation process

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing International Business Business Administration or a related field (you need to be a student and available for 6 months fulltime)
• Strong interest in marketing consumer insights and creative storytelling
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to create clear and visually engaging presentations
• Fluent in English (written and spoken business level required)
• Digitally savvy with interest in market intelligence tools and AI-driven content creation
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a diverse international environment
