Were seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to join our team in Wilkes-Barre PA! As a Service Manager youll lead the front-of-house team drive sales growth and ensure exceptional guest experiences at a popular casual restaurant and bakery.
Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead the front-of-house team to deliver top-notch customer service
- Drive sales growth through effective upselling and promotions
- Manage staff scheduling training and performance
- Oversee daily operations including inventory and cash handling
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and retention
