Marketing Campaign Manager (Part-Time)

Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: 3-month contract with possibility of extension
Work set up: Fully Remote (India-based supporting global teams)

Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to support internal campaigns and ensure smooth project delivery across retail and defence clients. The role requires strong campaign management expertise industry knowledge and the ability to act as a connector across time zones. This position is fully remote and operates on a part-time contract basis.

What you will do:

• Manage internal marketing campaigns from brief to execution.
• Collaborate with the APAC Marketing Lead to receive briefs and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Drive projects forward and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Act as a connector across time zones and facilitate communication and alignment.
• Oversee project tracking and ensure smooth workflow across teams.
• Apply industry experience in retail and defence with B2B tech knowledge considered a plus.
• Ensure marketing projects are understood structured and executed effectively.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in marketing campaign management.
• Strong project management skills with ability to keep initiatives on track.
• Familiarity with Microsoft systems.
• Experience with project tracking tools considered an advantage.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating across global teams.
• Responsive adaptive and proactive working style.
• Demonstrated ability to think independently and take initiative in fast-paced environments.
