We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communications skills to join our Licensing Team. Working with a small team the job involves undertaking compliance visits and investigating complaints and determining the correct course of action which may include enforcement and/or presentation of reports to the Licensing Committee.
You will need to be highly motivated and able to work independently with the ability to plan and manage work and will be reporting to the Senior Licensing Officer.
You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret legislation and enforce it in a balanced way
You should have a good general level of education including the use of computers and have excellent administrative and verbal communication skills.
You will need to be prepared to undertake all relevant training for this post.
