Job Summary
Short Facts
Were a fast-growing Special Projects team at Entrix working independently on a new platform. Were building a product that connects to distributed energy systems and enables real-time asset management and market participation. We move fast take ownership across the board and care deeply about doing things right - from the foundations were building today to the way we show up in the market tomorrow.
- Location: Munich Germany
- Working Mode: Office-first work setup
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Employment Type: Intern 3-6 Months
- Language Requirement: C1 Level English C1 Level German
Your Responsibilities
- Work closely with the founding team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive sustainable business expansion.
- Own the rollout of the systems that make us fast and turn our ways of working into a competitive advantage as we scale.
- Support marketing & communications initiatives including preparing our presence at trade fairs and industry events and leading the rebranding of internal and external documents templates and materials.
- Take a hands-on role in business development and sales - from prospect research and lead qualification to preparing commercial materials and supporting customer conversations.
- Contribute to cross-functional strategic projects that shape how we scale the company and accelerate our impact across Europes evolving energy landscape.
Your Profile
Mandatory Requirements
- You have already completed a Bachelors and/or are currently pursuing a Masters degree in business economics engineering or a related field at a top university.
- You have experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup consulting venture building or a high-growth company.
- You have a strong analytical mindset and can quickly grasp complex concepts and market dynamics allowing you to make data-driven decisions across commercial operational and strategic topics.
- You work independently and reliably taking full ownership of your responsibilities while proactively driving initiatives forward.
- You possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-moving cross-functional environment where collaboration is key.
- You set high standards for your work approaching tasks with a structured problem-solving mindset and a strong sense of accountability.
- Prior experience in consulting venture building startup operations or a Founders Associate / Chief of Staff-type role.
- You excel working in an entrepreneurial environment where building processes relationships and value go hand in hand.
- Familiarity with the energy sector B2B SaaS or other regulated industries is a plus.
- You prefer routine over dynamic work environments.
- You are uncomfortable working across teams and topics - from governance and systems to marketing and sales - in a fast-moving setting.
- Youd rather specialize in one specific function than work across many different topics alongside the founding team.
- You are not interested in the energy landscape.
