As a Startup Coordinator you provide operational support and act as a sparring partner for our Startup Managers and ecosystem. With your startup understanding strong organizational skills and hands-on mindset you speak the language of startups and ensure they have the right conditions to succeed.

Your fields of action in a glance:
- Dynamic Support: You provide 1st level support and guide our startup teams across a variety of key focus topics.
- Workshop Coordination: You independently organize and coordinate workshops and training sessions with a strong sense of structure and ownership.
- Ownership-Driven Milestone Management: You keep track of milestones proactively derive action items and collaborate with the team in a solution-oriented way when challenges arise.
- Startup Scouting Support: You support the identification and outreach of exciting startups for our ecosystem.
- Structured Success Monitoring: You reliably maintain relevant updates and achievements in HubSpot and ensure transparent documentation.
- Network-Oriented Matchmaking: You connect founders with suitable mentors and valuable network partners.
- Reliable Contract Management: You coordinate and manage contracts for our startups carefully and efficiently.
- Hands-on Administration: You support our Startup Managers in day-to-day operations and ensure the structured maintenance and tracking of relevant touchpoints in HubSpot.
Youre a good fit for us if you bring the following:
- Academic Background: You hold a bachelors degree in Entrepreneurship Innovation or a comparable field of study.
- Founding Experience: Previous founding experience is a plus but not a must.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You think entrepreneurially act proactively and are passionate about innovation and new ideas.
- Startup Ecosystem Understanding: Ideally you have gained initial practical experience within the startup ecosystem and understand relevant structures dynamics and stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: You stand out through strong administrative and organizational skills combined with a structured way of working.
- Coaching & Training Affinity: Ideally you have gained first experience in coaching or facilitating training sessions.
- Project & Program Management: You bring initial experience in project and program management and maintain an overview even in dynamic environments.
- Language Skills: You are fluent in English and German language skills are considered a plus.
