Sales Director Angola
Job Summary
Robert Boch Angola is looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead strategic sales growth manage key customer relationships and develop high-performance teams. Duties and tasks will include but will not be limited to the following:
- Strategy & Growth: Define and implement sales strategies including new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with top management at key accounts (CEO/President level).
- Team Leadership: Lead mentor and empower sales teams (direct/indirect) while fostering a high-performance culture.
- KPI Management: Track report and deliver on KPIs including revenue growth profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Commercial & Technical Sales: Negotiate agree and confirm annual customer agreements and contracts.

Qualifications :
Requirements
- Degree in Sales Engineering (mechanical/electric) Business Administration or related
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 40-60%)
- Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is typically required.
Experience
- 5 years in a leadership role preferably in Automotive Power Tools Hydraulics or technical environments
- Commercial Acumen: Strong grasp of pricing strategy margin management forecasting and contract negotiation.
- Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs decision-making processes and product development cycles.
- Collaboration: Effective partner with Business Operations Marketing Product Management and Operations teams.
- Methodology: Familiarity with Challenger Sales or similar customer engagement methodologies.
- Team development: Training coaching and developing sales team to high performance state.
