Job Description
The analyst partners with leadership field operations engineering teams AWS/cloud architects and vendors to ensure the solution meets modernization objectives improves reliability restores NFC/contactless acceptance and integrates cleanly with DMV enterprise systems.
Lead elicitation and validation of business functional nonfunctional and compliance requirements for cloudhosted cashiering payment processing device management and financial reporting.
Translate modernization driverssuch as PCI DSS compliance risks device management constraints and reconciliation issues (duplicate charges refund delays)into actionable requirements.
Develop user stories acceptance criteria workflows dataflow diagrams and integration specifications for an integrated AWShosted point-of-sale solution.
Support UAT cycles validating performance stability customerexperience improvements and compliance outcomes.
Evaluate sync processes between cloud POS DMV backend systems and enterprise financial platforms.
Support phased statewide rollout preparation including pilot plans training coordination device estate planning and operational readiness.
