The Opportunity

Join Adobes dynamic Data Platform team as a Technical Data Product Manager located in San Jose CA! This is an amazing opportunity to play a key role in crafting the future of Adobes metrics and employing Adobes data to drive our business. Within a world-class data & analytics team you will drive the development of innovative technical solutions that inform Adobes business globally. Your work will strictly align with Adobes mission to build data products that enlighten and grow the companys business.

What Youll Do

• Lead cross-functional teams to successfully implement and deliver high-impact projects.
• Define and communicate product vision roadmap and growth opportunities.
• Engage with collaborators to understand their needs and successfully deliver data solutions.
• Perform extensive data profiling to determine the best sources and logic to meet business needs
• Develop and maintain data models and profiles to unlock the power of data to drive Adobes business from decision-making personalization and operations.
• Manage and track product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Data Science Computer Science or a similar area or 5 years of equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record in data product management including ability to translate technical complexity into user-centric product experiences.
• Outstanding in data profiling and proficient in data modeling.
• Solid understanding of data pipelines schemas and workflow orchestration.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with a keen ability to lead teams.
• Excellent storytelling communication and product evangelization skills can inspire adoption and drive cross-team collaboration.
• Analytical approach with a passion for using data to inform decisions.
• Motivated ambitious and adept at flourishing in a dynamic creative atmosphere.

Expected Pay Range:

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
