THE ROLEProperty ManagerIn this role youll manage a residential portfolio across Canberra delivering standout service across the property management lifecycle including routines maintenance arrears and owner relationships. Youll report to our General Manager directly within a supportive team that moves quickly and does things right.Key responsibilities

• Management of a residential portfolio
• Routine inspections entry and exit reports and condition management
• Maintenance coordination including triage quotes approvals contractor management and follow-up
• Rent arrears management with clear communication action plans and escalation where required
• Owner communications with updates recommendations and an asset-performance mindset
• Compliance and documentation including notices renewals timeframes and record keeping
• Resolve issues calmly and professionally with tenants owners and contractorsTribunal preparation and support when required depending on experience
