What would your day-to-day look like

As the Facilities Manager you will oversee building infrastructure maintenance contractor performance and compliance across your assigned property portfolio. Youll collaborate closely with Property Asset Management and Leasing teams to ensure functionality risk management and stakeholder satisfactionall while delivering best-value outcomes.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Conduct property inspections and produce technical reports
• Identify and resolve issues related to building function presentation security and cleanliness
• Oversee contractor engagement compliance and access
• Administer maintenance contracts and procurement processes
• Ensure risk management and safety processes are fully integrated
• Assist in budget preparation and CAPEX forecasting
• Monitor contract expiry and renewal timelines
• Liaise with tenants and stakeholders responding to issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain open proactive communication across teams

Are you someone with

• Qualifications in facilities building or asset management or equivalent experience
• Experience in a Facilities Management role across commercial or industrial assets
• Understanding of WH&S compliance and relevant state and federal legislation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and contractor engagement experience
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with MRI or Nexus (highly regarded)
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
