RMC's Manager

The Ready Mix Concrete Manager develops and implements a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive sales growth and expand market share in the ready-mix concrete sector. Key responsibilities include:

• Identify new business opportunities prospect actively and manage a diverse portfolio of clients including construction companies developers and major projects
• Negotiate contracts prepare competitive commercial offers and ensure the profitability and sustainability of all sales
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to guarantee timely delivery quality standards and exceptional customer satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance conduct market analysis and recommend strategic actions to enhance results and strengthen Sikas competitive position

Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering Business Administration Marketing or related field
• 58 years of sales experience in construction materials preferably ready-mix concrete or cement
• Strong knowledge of the construction market key players and project cycles
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
• Excellent negotiation communication and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of pricing strategies cost structures and profitability management
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations logistics and technical teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Fluency in English
