• Vadīt un pārraudzīt tehniskos integrācijas projektus visā Evolution Group.
• Darboties kā galvenajam tehniskajam partneriem produktu ieviešanas laikā.
• Definēt projekta apjomu termiņus un piegādes rezultātus sadarbībā ar ieinteresētajām pusēm.
• Koordinēt starpfunkcionālas komandas un nodrošināt vienmērīgu projekta izpildi.
• Uzraudzīt progresu risināt problēmas un regulāri sniegt atskaites.
• Atbalstīt testēšanu ieviešanu un problēmu novēršanu integrācijas laikā.
• Uzturēt spēcīgas zināšanas par produktiem un pārstāvēt uzņēmumu ārēji.
• Nodrošināt kvalitāti atbilstību un nepārtrauktu uzlabojumu visos projektos.

• Lead and manage technical integration projects across the Evolution Group.
• Act as the main technical contact for partners during product onboarding.
• Define project scope timelines and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor progress resolve issues and report updates regularly.
• Support testing implementation and troubleshooting during integrations.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and represent the company externally.
• Ensure quality compliance and continuous improvement in all projects.

Qualifications :

• Augstākā izglītība datorzinātnēs inženierzinātnēs vai līdzīgā jomā.
• Citu jomu absolventiem nepieciešama vismaz 3 gadu pieredze IT nozarē.
• Vismaz 3 gadu pieredze projektu vadībā komandas vadībā vai līdzīgā amatā.
• Vismaz 2 gadu pieredze darbā ar klientiem.
• Spēcīgas tehniskās zināšanas un vēlme mācīties.
• Teicamas angļu valodas zināšanas gan rakstiski gan mutiski darba pienākumu veikšanai darbam ar uzņēmuma iekšējām sistēmām un ikdienas saziņai ar citiem starptautiskajiem departamentiem;
• Izcilas plānošanas prioritizēšanas un organizatoriskās prasmes.
• Spēja skaidri un pārliecinoši komunicēt un prezentēt tehniskus jēdzienus.
• Spēja strādāt patstāvīgi ar mērenu vadību kā arī sadarboties komandā.
• Precizitāte augsta organizētība un spēja vienlaikus pārvaldīt vairākus uzdevumus īsos termiņos.
• Pieredze tiešsaistes spēļu industrijā tiks uzskatīta par priekšrocību.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Other degrees require at least 3 years of IT sector experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management team leadership or a similar role.
• At least 2 years of client-facing experience.
• Strong technical foundation and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent command of English both written and verbal for performing job duties working with the companys internal systems and daily communication with other international departments;
• Exceptional planning prioritization and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to convey technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently with moderate guidance and thrive in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Experience in the online gaming industry is a plus.
