PLM Business Consultant (mdf)

As a PLM Business Consultant (Teamcenter) you will support PLM initiatives in enterprise environments with a focus on Teamcenter projects. You will collaborate with Product Managers Business Owners and Solution Architects to translate business requirements into effective solutions. The role combines product ownership business analysis and stakeholder coordination within a SAFe framework ensuring alignment between business goals and technical delivery. You will contribute to product vision manage requirements track KPIs and support teams through clear documentation and mockup collaboration.

• Take ownership as a Product Owner shaping and driving the product vision and goals
• Translate complex business processes and customer needs into clear structured documentation
• Define and track meaningful KPIs to measure success and project progress
• Proactively manage stakeholders timelines and potential risks to ensure smooth delivery
• Partner with business users to gather refine and prioritize requirements
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and review solution mockups
• Contribute to an agile environment working within a SAFe framework to deliver value iteratively

Qualifications :

• Fluent German language skills (mandatory)
• Proven experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis roles
• Solid understanding of PLM systems ideally Teamcenter
• Experience working in SAFe or other Agile frameworks
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to clearly document processes and requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to bridge business needs with practical scalable solutions
