About the Role:

• Location: Indianapolis IN
• Cardiologist - Non Invasive
• Interested candidate will join a large collegial group at a tertiary care center which has no overnight call responsibilities
• great APP support and clinical pod structuring which allows physicians to work in a collaborative work environment.

• Graduated up ramping of yearly time-off with 40 days of PTO starting year 3
• No overnight call
• Pod-based clinic structure with dedicated support team for all clinical workflows (e.g. inbox management surgical clearances Peer-to-Peer refill management medical records etc.)
• EPIC-based system for both inpatient and outpatient documentation
• Average outpatient volume: 11 - 22 patients per day depending on days clinic schedule.
• Weekend/Holiday Call: 1:5
• Short Call: On average one evening every 4-5 weeks 5:00 p.m. 9:00 p.m.
• Tailor-made approach for inpatient vs. outpatient responsibilities

Candidate Background:

• Board Eligible / Board Certified Cardiology
• Ability to hold Indiana state license
