Automation Test Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Develop maintain and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile platforms.
• Coordinate and execute UAT testing activities for new product launches and IT developments.
• Manage test execution defect triaging and test reporting across multiple projects.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage by understanding business requirements and testing scope.
• Communicate test progress and issues to project stakeholders regularly.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

• Bachelors degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in test execution and defect management with exposure to test automation (web or mobile).
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium Appium or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with mobile automation testing (Android/iOS) is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight timelines.

Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• ISTQB or similar testing certification.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-changing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and initiative in testing activities.
