Job Summary
The NetworkManagerPASRR oversees all Habilitation Coordinators conducts PASRREvaluationswhen necessary and collaborates closelywith Directors and Senior Directors. They ensure seamless consumer-driven services proactively communicate across programs andpossessextensive knowledge ofcommunity resources. The Network Managerguarantees thateach PASRR Program participant has a designated Habilitation Coordinator responsible for various tasks.
Minimum Education:BachelorsDegree
Defined Education:Social Behavioral or Human Services field
Preferences:QIDP Qualified
Years Experience: Three (3) years
Defined Experience: working directly with individuals with IDD
License/Certifications: Valid Texas Drivers License
Special Courses:As defined by HHSC to provide Habilitation Coordination and Enhanced Service Coordination.
Supervisory Experience: One (1) year
