Job Summary

Working with each participant and personalising care plan for them is at the core values of our the roleWe are seeking a part time admin assistant. We are a NDIS Registered disability care Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team Manage office correspondence including emails phone calls and documentation Maintain and organise digital and physical records Assist with data entry reporting and document preparation Support internal systems and administrative processes Ensure a welcoming and professional experience for anyone attending the office Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information Assist with general office coordination and operational tasks as requiredKey Selection Criteria National Police Check Minimum 1 year experience in office administration Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel) and the ability to learn new systems quickly Experience using Shift Care and other internal softwares will be advantageous Strong time-management organisational and multitasking abilities Advanced computer skills and experience using online platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks Ability to work independently with minimal supervision A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team Experience developing or improving internal systems is desirable Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Friendly professional and approachable personality with an optimistic outlookApplicants with the following will be viewed favourably: A current drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle A current First Aid and CPR Certificate Australian citizenship permanent residency or a valid work visa An NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one A valid National Police Check A Working With Children Check (desirable)What we offer and what you could gainHarwood Care Group not only provides care for their clients but their team is always a core focus as well.
