Finance & Technology Special Project Manager
Full-Time Monday-Friday (on-site)

Were looking for a Finance & Technology Special Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that strengthen financial performance and operational efficiency across our organization. This role blends finance systems implementation and data analytics- ideal for someone who thrives on building processes and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead implementation of a payroll management system to ensure budget compliance
Train teams and support organization-wide rollout of new systems
Maintain and analyze workforce metrics dashboards
Support database setup training and optimization
Manage sales & use tax processes (Avalara)
Contribute to finance-related projects including grants and program analysis
Analyze financial schedules and prepare reporting insights
Partner cross-functionally on special projects that improve operations

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or other business-related field
5 years of relevant experience in finance data analytics or systems implementation
Strong proficiency in financial systems data analysis and reporting tools
Experience with accounting software and business applications
Advanced skills in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong organizational problem-solving and training skills
High level of discretion with confidential information
