About the Role

We areseekinga detail-oriented and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and lead high-performing teams. This roleis responsible forensuring efficient workflowsmaintainingservice quality and driving operational excellence across assigned departments.

This position offers flexibility to workin-office remotely or in a hybrid capacityacrossour multiplelocations throughout North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations workflow distribution and service levels
  • Monitor team productivity quality and turnaround times
  • Lead coach and develop team members to meet performance goals
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identifyand implement process improvements
  • Manage escalations and resolve operational issues
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and client requirements
  • Assistwith hiring onboarding scheduling and staffing coverage
  • Partner with HR on employee relations and performance management
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GEDrequired
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field and two (2) years of operational experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfullyperform the essential duties of the position unless otherwise required by applicable laws or regulations
  • Experience leading teams in a production or operations environment
  • Strong organizational problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an in-office remote or hybrid environment using tools like Zoom Microsoft Teams and email
For remote or hybrid work
  • Must have access to a private secure workspace
  • Reliable high-speed internet connectionrequired
Preferred
  • Experience in background screening or investigations
  • Advanced FCRA Certification from the Professional Background Screeners Association (PBSA) preferred orrequiredwithin 3 months of hire
