Job Description
We are seeking a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time educational assignment during the academic school year. The ideal candidate will provide speech and language services to students while collaborating with educational staff and families to support student success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess diagnose and treat speech language and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy and treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers parents and multidisciplinary educational teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide therapy recommendations
- Maintain accurate documentation evaluations and progress reports
- Support students communication goals within the school environment
Requirements
- Active Colorado Speech Language Pathologist license required at submission
- Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credential required by start date
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong communication organizational and collaboration skills
