Manager Senior Manager Training Content Development

Job Description:

• Evaluate training content requirement across all departments at Akasa.
• Create and maintain a content requirement repository in collaboration with department heads
• Work with department heads to prioritize content delivery
• Own end-to-end project delivery with accountability for timelines quality and learner outcomes.
• Implement and drive project management for content delivery
• Ensure required tools licenses skills are built with relevant approvals
• Ensure all regulatory requirements are covered in the content that is being developed
• Ensure content meets all brand guidelines in collaboration with the brand team
• Lead instructional design initiatives to create engaging e-learning content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts trainers and external vendorsas relevant to ensure high-quality learner-centric content
• Review evaluate and provide recommendations for improving training programs
• Explore analyse and integrate new/future creative opportunities
• Assess external changes in the marketplace to successfully bridge the gaps/identify opportunitiesfor improvement.
• Align content strategy with organizational goals and change initiatives
• Research and implement best practices in user experience leveraging new development techniques and tools including AI

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree required Masters degree preferred (Performance Learning & Development Organizational Development preferred)

• Overall 10 years of industry experience with minimum 03 years into training
• Instructional Design Experience
• Preferred experience using Adobe Photoshop Articulate Canva
• Experience with LMS platforms & tools
• Hands-on experience with video editing voice/speech animation tools
• Certifications in Instructional Design Learning Analytics or Digital Learning Tools preferred
• Strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement
• Strong storytelling and empathy-driven communication
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation in content creation
