Responsibilities:
- Assist our community and resolve inquiries empathetically accurately and promptly.
- Stay knowledgeable about our products and community standards.
- Make well-balanced decisions and advocate effectively for our community.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on empathy.
- Support the companys mission by prioritizing the communitys well-being.
- Investigate and resolve issues reported on the social media platform including account support and reports of abusive content.
- Respond to user inquiries with high quality speed empathy and accuracy.
- Use market-specific knowledge to develop scalable solutions for community support.
- Analyze data to improve the overall user experience.
- Enforce the companys Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse.
- Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest solutions.
- Recognize trends and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.
Experience:
- Up to 1 year of experience in a Business Process Outsourcing environment or a comparable service/process management environment.
- High affinity and cultural awareness of the political and social situation relevant to the market/region supported.
- Italian speaker (C2) with very good communication skills in English (at least B2 level).
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and soft skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Tech-savvy and resourceful.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
- Excellent reasoning and analytical capabilities.
- Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced high-energy change-oriented environment.
Requirements:
- EU nationality or Greek residence permit.
- High school diploma.
- Availability to work in shifts (40 hours per week 5 days per week 8 hours per day) between Monday-Sunday 7 am-10 pm.
Benefits:
- 5 working days of training.
- Relocation package including paid flight to Greece airport pick-up administration assistance (tax number bank account etc.) 2 weeks paid in a hotel and help from an agency to find an apartment.
- Gross monthly salary plus a monthly performance bonus
- Rotational shifts (40 hours per week 5 days per week 8 hours per day)
