Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Athens

Are you a native Portuguese speaker already based in Athens or anywhere in Greece We are hiring immediately and want to speak with you. This is a full-time on-site customer service role in Athens no prior professional experience required. If you can communicate naturally and confidently in Portuguese we want to meet you.

About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for Portuguese-speaking customers delivering professional and empathetic support across multiple channels including phone email and live chat. This is a full-time permanent position with clear progression pathways for motivated individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone email and chat
• Handle inbound customer enquiries resolve issues efficiently and ensure first-contact resolution wherever possible
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions using internal CRM systems
• Collaborate with team members and support departments to resolve complex queries
• Meet individual and team performance targets in a positive and supportive work environment
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams following defined procedures

What We Are Looking For

• Native or near-native Portuguese language proficiency (C2 or mother tongue level) this is a strict requirement
• Good working knowledge of English (B2 level or above) for internal communication and training
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine desire to help customers
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn full training is provided from day one
• Ability to work full-time on a rotating shift pattern (including some evenings and weekends)
• EU citizenship or a valid right to work in Greece
• No previous customer service experience required entry level and career changers are very welcome

Working Model

This is an on-site role based in Athens Greece. Candidates must be available to commute to our Athens office. Both EU citizens and non-EU candidates with a valid work permit are welcome to apply.
