Job Summary

From Rehire we are supporting a growing company in the truck parts industry in the search for a Sales Representative based in Gastonia North Carolina focused on developing and managing sales within the North American market.

This role is designed for a high-performing results-driven sales professional with strong knowledge of truck parts and fleet operations capable of managing a consistent sales pipeline and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive monthly sales with a minimum target of $180000 USD in revenue.
Develop and manage relationships with clients in the trucking and fleet industry.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Provide expert guidance on American and European truck parts.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting quoting closing and follow-up.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain consistent communication with clients in both English and Spanish.

Requirements:

Fluent English
Proven experience in truck parts sales fleet solutions or related industries.
Strong knowledge of American and European truck parts (.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent negotiation communication and client management skills.
Self-driven proactive and results-oriented mindset.

About the Position:

Full-time 100% Onsite in Gastonia North Carolina

Work schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EDT)

Competitive salary in USD strong commission structure (4%)

Monthly gas allowance: $1200 USD
