Position Overview
Are you a precision-focused Mechanic with experience building heavy-duty equipment We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team in this role you will perform end-to-end assembly of large-scale industrial machinery and complex sub-assemblies.
This is a direct-hire opportunity for a hands-on professional who excels at interpreting technical prints and ensuring high-tolerance fitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Precision Assembly: Execute full-cycle assembly of large industrial machines ensuring proper alignment fit and final build quality.
- Blueprint & GD&T: Interpret mechanical blueprints and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) symbols to meet strict specifications.
- Part Modification: Operate manual milling machines and lathes to refine or adjust components as needed for a perfect assembly fit.
- Heavy Component Handling: Safely move rig and position large machine parts within a manufacturing shop environment.
- Quality Verification: Deliver finished assemblies to production readiness by verifying tolerances runout and alignment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years of professional experience in mechanical assembly of large industrial machinery.
- Technical Skills: Proven ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings.
- Machine Tool Operation: Hands-on experience with milling and turning for component adjustments.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a shop setting.
- Computer Literacy: Basic skills for documentation time tracking and internal communication.

Work Schedule & Commute
- Modality: 100% On-site (5 days per week).
