SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Position: Sales Representative

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively seek out and engage with potential clients through various sales techniques such as cold calling networking and referrals

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide them with the best real estate solutions

- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify potential opportunities for business growth

- Prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients showcasing our services and properties

- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets

- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies

- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system

- Attend industry events and conferences to expand your network and promote our companys services

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role

- Knowledge of real estate industry and sales techniques

- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills

- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build and maintain relationships

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools

- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
