CNA - 7a - 7p (Full-time)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED IN THIS POSITION INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Observe residents and note changes in physical condition attitude reactions appetite and report changes or unusual findings to charge nurse.
Transfer residents from bed to chair; chair to bed.
Turn and position residents.
Bathe residents-shower and/or mechanical lift transfer patients from chair to tub chair for bathing.
Feed/assist with feeding residents and/or prepare meal trays for residents; open containers.
Take vital signs and record.Record fluid intake and output.
Give oral and dental care to patients.
Comb patients hair.
Shave patients.
Provide/Assist residents with incontinence care and or toileting
