Job Summary
Interstate Ford is looking for Porter/shuttle driver
Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Shuttle Driver to transport dealership customers and employees in a courteous and timely manner. Check in vehicles and move them to a parking space. Also responsible for quality control test drives and transporting vehicles. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a valid drivers license.
Responsibilities:
- Safely drive customers and employees to and from specified locations.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or packages.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service during transportation.
-Check in customer vehicles get Vin number and miles off check for damage and park them.
Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver is beneficial.
- Excellent customer service skills from previous roles in hospitality or related fields.
