Job Summary

The Junior Capture Analyst will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer to support PingWinds growth through new business. The position requires intellectual curiosity the ability to think critically and strategically and exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the collection and analysis of internal and external data used to identify potential business opportunities
Identify analyze and synthesize information from various sources in a clear concise manner.
Support the maintenance of various new and existing prospecting trackers and tools.
Collaborate with team members to obtain an understanding of PingWinds strategic priorities competitors and other factors that could influence the decision-making process.
Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills:
Strong intellectual curiosity exceptional attention to detail excellent research skills and critical thinking ability.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective work relationships.
Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration or related field.
