| Job Description: | 35% Intake and Support - Manage the intake process for individuals reporting experiencing or involved in alleged violations of Sexual Misconduct policies and refer cases to the appropriate SCCR staff member or other university office.
- Conduct initial assessments implement supportive actions and facilitate access to campus or community resources such as CARE Victim Services and the Behavioral Consultation Team (BCT).
- Manage active caseloads for cases ensuring timely follow-up communication and documentation at each stage including case closure.
- Coordinate and conduct meetings with appropriate parties to explain processes resolution options and next steps while maintaining a trauma-informed and neutral approach.
25% System Documentation - Create new cases forward and document incoming communications and ensure all correspondence is properly recorded in Maxient.
- Track and document case milestones correspondence and decisions in Maxient ensuring cases are accurately tagged organized and closed as appropriate.
- Update Maxient templates forms and processes to align with current practices and compliance standards.
25% Administration - Act as resource person who will answer phone calls emails and respond to walk-in traffic and explain conduct procedures for students faculty staff families lawyers law enforcement and campus partners.
- Coordinate and schedule administrative meetings investigations and hearings for SCCR staff for Sexual Misconduct and organizational cases.
10% Collaboration - Serve as a liaison between Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution and Title IX law enforcement and other campus partners to coordinate next steps share updates and ensure continuity in case management.
- Contribute to departmental goals by assisting in the development of outreach materials forms and communication templates that improve service and compliance outcomes.
- Demonstrate professionalism neutrality and empathy in all interactions while maintaining privacy and supporting individuals impacted by trauma.
5% Other duties as assigned Normal Work Schedule 8 AM to 5 PM with a one-hour meal break. This position also requires occasional evening and some weekend time commitment. |
