Coastal Dental Care Coolangatta is a modern patient-focused practice conveniently located near Tugun in our fresh new space. Led by Principal Dentist Dr Mateus De Mello our friendly and collaborative team provides a full range of dental services from general and restorative tocosmetic and childrens dentistry. We combine advanced technology with a gentle personalised approach to deliver high-quality care and exceptional patient experiences.

The Role

Were excited to offer a part-time position with set hours: Monday Wednesday & Friday 8:30am5:30pm. Theres also the option to pick up additional hours across our practice network if youd like. As the welcoming face of our practice youll keep our front desk running smoothly and provide exceptional customer service ensuring every patient has a positive and seamless experience from the moment they walk in.

About You

You will play a vital role in supporting our clinical team to deliver outstanding patient experiences. To succeed in this role youll need:

Valid Australian work rights.

Dental reception experience (essential).

Proficiency in Dental 4 Windows software.

Strong attention to detail particularly with infection control protocols.

A confident energetic approach with the ability to build trust with patients.

Passion for delivering the best care to our growing patient base.
