EXPORT SALES EXECUTIVE

I. Job Description

• Identify and approach potential customers through international trade fairs e-commerce platforms (e.g. Alibaba B2B websites) social media and business partners.
• Prepare quotations negotiate and finalize export contracts.
• Monitor and manage orders from contract signing to delivery and payment completion.
• Coordinate with internal departments to handle customer complaints and measure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the sales support team to resolve issues related to order progress logistics and documentation.

II. Requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher in International Economics International Business International Trade Business Administration or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of international trade (Incoterms international payment methods such as L/C T/T).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5 (for both positions) or strong English Chinese skills (for at least one position).
• Strong negotiation communication persuasion and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive responsible and able to work independently.

IV. Working Time & Location

• Working hours: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM Monday to Friday plus every other Saturday.
