ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:

Agile methodology / Confluence / Jira

Experience in motor or related manufacturing

SAP S/4 Hana FS ICM

System design specifications and proposals

Co-ordination with other SAP consultants

Test management or test execution / regression testing

Experience in SAP user applications & system analysis

Fair knowledge across other SAP modules (SAP FI master data)

Advanced Operations support / system monitoring (CALM)

Duties & Responsibilities

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Initial focus on OPS & master data
Ability to assist with problem identification and solutioning (abap debugging)
Work in an agile delivery team with SAP functional and technical consultants
Documentation of as-is and to-be business processes
Co-ordination with other SAP products / SAP consultants for integration requirements
Support of product owners
Provide system proposal / system design specifications to technical team for any customised development
objects
Preparation of test cases & user manuals
Proactive smart system monitoring maintenance and reporting of system landscapes
Planning maintenance tasks and changes in accordance with product requirements
1st and or 2nd level support for system incidents
Ensure best practise methodologies utilised during SAP lifecycle
Trend analysis
Troubleshooting / problem solving
Implementation / release of database changes

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

Relevant IT degree or diploma
SAP SD certification
